Job summary

CrazyLabs is seeking a Publishing Team Lead – Product & Growth to steer a small team of Publishing Managers and turn promising mobile games into scalable products. You will own product quality, set pri‑ orities, and work across studios with data-driven insights to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.

You’ll lead a hands-on team, mentor talent, and collaborate with Analytics, UA, Creative, QA, and Product to surface opportunities and manage portfolio performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in mobile gaming across product management, publishing, or game production.
  • Experience leading or mentoring product/publishing professionals.
  • Strong understanding of F2P KPIs, retention, engagement, progression, and monetization.
  • Proven experience improving games through data-driven product iteration.
  • Experience working with external studios or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Publishing Managers.
  • Own product quality and priorities across multiple games and external studios.
  • Analyze KPIs, player behavior, gameplay, and market benchmarks.
  • Turn insights into clear product priorities, recommendations, and experiments.
  • Guide improvements across progression, economy, monetization, content, and level design.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, UA, Creative, QA, and Product.
  • Surface key portfolio opportunities, risks, and performance trends.

That’s where you come in!We’re looking for a Publishing Team Lead – Product & Growth to lead a small team of Publishing Managers and help turn promising mobile games into stronger, scalable products.This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, product strategy, publishing, and portfolio ownership.
