Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hybrid working environment.
• 1-3 years in publishing, bookselling, or related sales support or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.
• Some knowledge of independent/wholesale/library sales channel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Independent & Wholesale sales teams with reports and presentations.
• Organize and prepare account-specific presentations.
• Coordinate a seasonal update on trends, opportunities, and library channel sales.
• Provide administrative support to the Directors.
• Maintain and update the bookseller database and assist the inbox.
• Attend Launch and Positioning meetings and take notes for follow-ups.
• Coordinate seasonal galley mailings and marketing asset distribution.
