Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Production Assistant for an industry leader in sports publishing. You will gain hands-on experience in the print and digital publishing process, working with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge and Acrobat, and Excel.

Bachelor’s degree required with strong communication and the ability to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting client material for print, proofreading and maintaining spreadsheets to track status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proficient in InDesign CC, Photoshop CC and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, efficient and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting client supplied material in preparation for both print and digital pubs.
• Proofreading publications for final print.
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track deadlines and status.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to meet all project deadlines.
• Work effectively with teammates.
