Description
The Publishing Ethics Specialist will support the resolution of publishing ethics issues such as plagiarism, manipulation of the peer review process, and/or gaming of industry-accepted bibliometrics. IEEE's ethical and conduct processes are complex, detail-oriented, and confidential in nature. The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for processing reported publishing misconduct through IEEE's centralized Ethics Point System; leading investigations as case manager; and serving as an IEEE's subject matter expert on issues related to plagiarism and violations of the policies described in the PSPB Operations Manual.
