Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment’s Emerging Talent Programs offer paid internships and trainee roles from Jan 4 or 11, 2027 to December 17, 2027. Trainees work full-time in person at our Culver City office, gaining hands-on experience in film, TV, and entertainment publicity and talent relations.

Qualifications

• Must have an Undergraduate degree.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with executives and talent.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learning to cover and manage a publicist desk in the talent relations and publicity department; scheduling; tracking press clippings; press interviews; managing junkets; set visits; EPK/promo shoots; talent tours; awards efforts; brainstorming sessions.
• Gain understanding of launching domestic publicity campaigns and differences with international campaigns; work closely with publicists on shows.
