Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics in Brisbane, CA is seeking a Sr. Manager/Associate Director for Publications and Medical Information (Contract) to lead end-to-end medical publications and information activities. The role partners with medical affairs, data review, and congress teams to ensure timely, compliant outputs.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD/MD/PharmD with 3–5 years of end-to-end publication experience, strong scientific writing, and robust project management skills in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Doctoral level training in medical/biological discipline.
• Experience managing scientific/clinical publications end-to-end.
• Familiarity with publication management and MLR processes/procedures.
• Experience with medical information operations and SRL development.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of Publication Strategy and Publication Plan.
• Execute publication tactics and the Publication Plan.
• Manage drafting process for clinical publications (with vendor/agency) and track timelines.
• Interact with internal and external authors/KOLs related to clinical publications.
• Manage record keeping and digital storage for publications materials, including metrics.
• Contribute to data review slide decks and AI-related data projects.
• Support congress materials, booth staffing, and presentation logistics.
• Draft Standard Response Letters and coordinate Medical/Law review.
• Coordinate with partner Medical Information team and track inquiry volumes.
