Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Manager / Associate Director, Publications and Medical Information (Contract) in Brisbane, CA. You will lead publication strategy, manage end-to-end publication development with vendors, and oversee medical information operations, including SRLs and inquiries, in collaboration with internal and partner teams.

Qualifications

3–4 years in Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, or Medical Information.
Experience managing scientific publications end-to-end.
Familiarity with publication management and MLR processes.
Experience with Medical Information operations and Standard Response Letter development.

Responsibilities

Publications: contribute to development of Publication Strategy and Publication Plan; manage drafting with vendors; track timelines and approvals.
Data Reviews: create data-review slides and materials; support AI data projects.
Congress Support: assist booth staffing, congress materials, and presentation logistics; provide MI support.
Medical Information: draft Standard Response Letters; respond to inquiries; coordinate with partner MI team; create FAQs with SMEs.
