Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Publications Coordinator for a 1-year remote or hybrid contract position to support publication planning, review workflows, compliance activities, and cross-functional operations within a fast-paced environment. This client has a strong preference for candidates within a commutable distance to Tarrytown, NY. The Publications Coordinator will oversee publication records, coordinate reviews and approvals, maintain documentation, generate reporting metrics, and support team processes to ensure timely and compliant execution of Pharmaceutical/Scientific/Medical publication activities.

Requirements

• 2-3 year or more of Pharmaceutical/Scientific/Medical publications coordination experience within Medical Affairs
• Experience managing publication workflows in Datavision
• Strong understanding of review, approval, and compliance processes
• Ability to generate reports and analyze publication metrics
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Experience supporting scientific publications, medical affairs, or similar programs preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
