The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is seeking an Associate Production Coordinator to support publication production workflows for print and digital products in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain schedules and coordinate resources across cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with editorial, scientific, digital publishing and external vendors, ensuring accuracy of content, metadata, and delivery. This role emphasizes process improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications/Publishing/related field.
• 1-3 years in publication production or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supports production workflows to ensure timely delivery of print and digital products.
• Maintains production schedules and project tracking tools with status updates.
• Coordinates routing of content, files, proofs, and other materials through workflows.
• Collaborates with editorial, scientific, digital publishing and external vendor teams.
• Reviews production deliverables and metadata for accuracy and completeness.
• Supports administration and optimization of production tools and workflow technologies.
• Assists with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and related administrative activities.
• Acts as secondary point of contact for publications and production activities.
