The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a dependable worker to safely operate light to heavy equipment for solid waste collection and to maintain water, sanitary and stormwater systems and City streets. The role requires safety awareness and reliability to work in an urban environment.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CDL Endorsement B with Air Brake, CDL A endorsement within six months, and prior experience in road maintenance or underground/landscape construction.
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
$23.50
This rate is non-negotiable and there is a 6-month probationary period. After hire, pay increases are dependent on length of service, advancement in the position, and other contractual factors.
