Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience delivering public works, municipal, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of local government processes, permitting, and construction markets.
• Experience with utilities, roadway design, and stormwater.

• Negotiate and manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Mentor and support project teams, fostering professional growth.
