Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering, surveying, and design projects; manage contracts and construction contractors.
• Review plans, specifications, and cost estimates; prepare budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Coordinate bidding processes and prepare council agenda items with Purchasing Agent; manage documentation.
