Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D software and civil site development.
• Experience with permitting, regulatory agencies, and FEMA projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with environmental laws as they relate to public works.
• Proficient communication and ability to work with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design and development of civil site plans and scopes of work.
• Prepare permit applications and respond to regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate with divisions on technical problems and planning.
• Review submittals for code compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in FEMA-related project responses and data requests.
• Provide project management for city public works projects from inception to completion.
