Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration or related field.
• Six years of experience in public works operations or related field.
• At least three years in supervisory or management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates the operations of Streets and Stormwater divisions.
• Provides leadership, direction, coaching, and performance management to staff.
• Manages street maintenance, drainage facilities, and related infrastructure programs.
• Coordinates with Capital Improvement Program on planning and delivery of projects.
• Oversees contracts, bidding, and project closeout for public works projects.
• prepares reports, budgets, and communicates with regulators and the public.
