The City of LeRoy is hiring for a full-time position with benefits. Under the supervision of the Public Works Director, you will support operation, maintenance, and repair of streets, storm water systems, lift stations, water and sewer lines, city well, buildings, parks, and equipment.

Must have hands on mechanical skills, be able to work independently, and obtain licensure in water (Class C) and wastewater (Class D) within a reasonable time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to obtain water Class C and wastewater Class D licensure within a reasonable time.
• Desire to serve the public and respond to emergencies within 15 minutes.
