Qualifications

• Graduation from High School or completion of a GED is required.
• Two years of construction experience is preferred for some units.
• Possession of a PA Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans sewers, inlets, and water systems and washes buildings.
• Performs heavy manual labor and uses hand and power tools.
• Loads/unloads materials such as gravel, dirt, pipes, and concrete.
• Operates Public Works vehicles and assists with street restorations.
• Performs routine maintenance and assists journeypersons.
• Performs snow/ice control and responds to emergencies after hours.
