Job summary

Under the supervision of the Public Works Operations Supervisor, work occurs in all weather conditions and involves operating a wide range of equipment.

You may be required to respond outside regular hours for snow plowing and urgent tasks, while wearing safety equipment

• Operate trucks, snowplows, backhoes, front-end loaders, excavators, power tools and hand tools as needed.
• Maintain town roads, storm drains, snow removal, earthwork, tree maintenance, traffic control, and related duties.
