Tri Scapes, headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking a Public Works Foreman to lead field crews, supervise daily maintenance, and ensure municipal standards are met.

You will balance hands-on field operations with administrative tasks, track work orders electronically, and allocate resources efficiently. The role requires asphalt/concrete experience and a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in public works, highway maintenance, heavy civil construction, or a related field.
• Practical, hands-on experience with asphalt and concrete materials.
• Experience managing work site safety along roadways and high-traffic areas.
• Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred or required within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead field supervision and direct daily maintenance crews across infrastructure projects.
• Receive, assign, track, and complete work orders electronically using CMMS or mobile apps.
• Oversee roadway maintenance activities along public roadways and high-traffic corridors with safety compliance.
• Direct and perform concrete and asphalt repairs and paving preparation.
• Inspect and maintain storm water systems including basins and drainage structures.
• Operate and supervise heavy municipal equipment such as backhoes and excavators.
• Enforce OSHA safety guidelines and ensure proper PPE usage on job sites.
