Responsibilities

• Schedule daily tasks and ensure efficient completion of work orders according to municipal contracts.
• Maintain accountability for crew safety and proper use of PPE and machinery.
• Inspect completed work to maintain high aesthetic standards for Johns Creek public spaces.
• Serve as primary field contact, communicating with city representatives and park patrons.
• Manage inventory and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
• Train and develop crew members to promote consistency and professional excellence.

• Lead and supervise daily crew operations for landscape maintenance, grounds care, and facility upkeep across multiple park locations
• Oversee athletic field preparation, mowing, edging, weed control, and debris removal
• Schedule daily tasks and ensure efficient completion of work orders according to the municipal contract
• Maintain accountability for crew safety, ensuring all team members properly use personal protective equipment and operate machinery safely
• Inspect completed work to maintain the high aesthetic standards required for Johns Creek public spaces
• Serve as a primary field contact, maintaining professional communication with city representatives and park patrons
• Manage, inventory, and ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles, commercial mowers, trimmers, and other specialized equipment
• Train and develop crew members, promoting a culture of consistency, mutual respect, and professional excellence
