Qualifications

• 2+ years landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Stable year round employment.
• Team-first culture with growth opportunities.
• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily crew operations for landscape maintenance across park locations.
• Oversee field prep, mowing, edging, weed control, and debris removal.
• Schedule tasks and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Maintain crew safety and proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Inspect work to meet high aesthetic and safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with city representatives and park patrons.
• Manage maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
• Train crew members and promote professional excellence.
