Qualifications

• Advanced skills and experience in computer programs (Outlook, Word and Excel) are required.
• Strong organizational and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process contract documents, project correspondence, and coordinate meetings for contracts from solicitation through completion.
• Monitor contractor compliance with grant requirements, regulations, and codes related to public works projects.
• Process and track contractor submittals and required documentation for federal/state grants and loans.
• Prepare and monitor consultant and service agreements, amendments, and task assignments.
• Process complex purchase orders; prepare pay estimates and invoices; assist project managers with budgets.
• Provide technical and administrative support to the Capital Project Management and Development team and to contractors and consultants.
