Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field and 5 years of facility/road construction management experience.
• Valid New Mexico Driver’s License and certification as an Erosion Control Inspector or obtain within six months.
• Experience delivering large facility/road projects including budget, schedule, and contract administration.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and multiple county departments; oversee contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assess project needs and allocate resources for facility/road construction projects.
• Coordinate with departments and external entities on permitting, code compliance and scheduling.
• Review plans, specifications, pay applications, change orders; track expenses by completion.
• Prepare and manage budgets; write and amend contracts, RFIs, and funding applications.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
