4LEAF, Inc. is seeking an experienced construction manager to lead civil infrastructure and public works projects in California, including pre-construction activities, contract administration, RFIs, change orders, pay estimates, and contractor compliance.

Candidates should have at least five years of CM experience on civil infrastructure projects (roadways, earthwork, utilities, traffic signalization), with California registration or CCM preferred; state and federal funding experience is

Qualifications

• At least five years of construction management experience on civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with roadway, earthwork and grading, underground utilities, and traffic signalization.
• California registration or CCM preferred; state- and federally-funded projects experience required.
• Knowledge of Caltrans LAPM and Caltrans Structures desirable.

Oversee daily construction activities, review plans and specifications, coordinate with owners and stakeholders, lead meetings, and report discrepancies requiring corrective action.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of construction management experience on civil infrastructure projects, including roadway, earthwork and grading, underground utilities, and traffic signalization. A California Civil Engineer registration or Certified Construction Manager credential is preferred; experience with state- and federally-funded projects is required, and knowledge of Caltrans LAPM and experience with Caltrans Structures are desirable.
