EMH&T, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Public Works team in Columbus, OH. You will help design municipal projects, prepare plans, and contribute to innovative solutions for community needs.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineering license, desired.
• Internships or co-op in civil/construction and consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual plans, exhibits and plan sets.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design work.
• Perform drainage analyses and prepare surfaces from data points.
• Develop plan, profile drawings, details and utility plans.
• Assist with reviews, modifications, and coordinating with others.
