• Direct and oversee the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for design, construction, inspection, and project management of >$100M projects per year.
• Coordinate with department heads, Commissioners, and external agencies to achieve CIP goals.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, policy development, and procurement for large-scale public works projects.
