The City of Georgetown is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through closing, coordinating with engineers, consultants, and city departments in Alabama.
Responsibilities include budget oversight, bid management, contract administration, and monthly reporting. Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS is preferred; PMP is a plus. Five years of progressive construction project management experience required.

Performs project management duties including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing phases of various projects. Serves as a liaison with contractors, consultants and other city departments.

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Architecture, Engineering or Construction
Five (5) years of full-time progressively responsible work experience in construction project
management or performing duties consistent with the essential functions of this classification.
Three (3) years of the required experience must have been in a lead or supervisory capacity. OR Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Valid Class "C" Texas driver’s license required. Out-of-state license holders must have a valid license and provide a three-year driving history.
Standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, performing fine motor tasks, crouching, and bending. The role also requires adequate vision, hearing, and verbal communication. Candidates must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and be comfortable working at heights.
$79,417.00 - $99,486.40, annually.
