Aufgaben

• Operate public transit vehicles to provide safe, timely transportation for the general public and special populations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Assist customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor and provide good customer service.
• Maintain radio communication with dispatch and supervisors; report detours or incidents per procedures.
• Follow routes using tablets to ensure on-time performance.
• Comply with Transit Operator Handbook and all applicable laws and safety regulations.
• Assist passengers, including those with mobility devices, and ensure their safe boarding and alighting.
• Adhere to safety-sensitive policies and participate in random drug/alcohol testing.
• Work varied shifts (morning, evening, night) as needed; part-time positions have max 58 hours per pay period.
