Job summary

Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to support public areas, back-of-house spaces, and housekeeping operations to brand standards. You will help maintain lobbies, restrooms, and guest floors while delivering linens and supplies to teams on duty.

The role offers an AM shift with 8:00am–10:00am starts, a benefits-friendly environment, and opportunities for growth within a global hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication.
• Ability to lift, push and pull 30-50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors across multiple floors.
• Ability to operate housekeeping equipment (vacuums, extractors, carpet cleaners).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• AM shift with start times between 8:00am-10:00am.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms and other public spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and remove trash as needed.
• Clean and restock public restrooms during the shift.
• Monitor and refresh high-traffic areas to keep guests- ready.
• Deliver linens, towels and supplies to Room Attendants.
• Remove soiled linens and trash from guest floors.
• Assist with stocking housekeeping closets and carts.
• Support deep-cleaning projects as assigned.
