Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring for an on-site Houseperson to support housekeeping by maintaining public areas and assisting room attendants. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and offers a range of associate benefits.

The Houseperson will handle supplies, respond to guest requests, and perform basic maintenance tasks while upholding brand standards and safety procedures. Experience in similar environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel, hospital, residential, or care-facility environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Dependable, trustworthy, service-focused person who can work independently or in a team.
• Strong multi-tasking and priority management.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, grounds, and parking areas.
• Deliver towels, toiletries, rollaway beds, and other items promptly and courteously.
• Assist room attendants, laundry, and maintenance teams as needed.
• Organize and handle linens, supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Set up meeting rooms when applicable.
• Perform basic troubleshooting or minor repairs (e.g., leaking faucet).
• Protect guest privacy; follow safety, security, sanitation, and emergency procedures.
• Assist guests with baggage on request.
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, or security issues promptly.
• Perform other related duties within training and capabilities.
