LBA Hospitality is hiring a Houseperson to support housekeeping operations on-site in a hospitality setting. You will maintain public areas, assist room attendants, and respond to guest requests while following safety standards and brand guidelines.

Weekend and holiday availability is required, with opportunities for first- and second-shifts. The position offers benefits and the chance to contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior work in hotel, hospital, or care-facility is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable, service-focused, able to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas according to standards.
• Deliver towels, toiletries, and other items promptly and courteously.
• Assist room attendants, laundry, and maintenance as needed.
• Organize linens, supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Set up meeting rooms when applicable.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of minor facilities issues.
• Protect guest privacy and follow safety procedures.
• Report hazards or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Perform other related duties within training and capabilities.
