Responsibilities

• Deliver towels, toiletries, and other items to guests.

• Organize linens, supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Set up meeting rooms when applicable.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and address minor repairs.
• Protect guest privacy and follow safety procedures.
• Assist guests with baggage and report hazards promptly.
• Support operations during busy periods.
