Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a House Attendant to support housekeeping and hotel operations. You will help maintain public areas, assist Room Attendants, and ensure the property stays clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.

This role suits someone who stays active, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Team mindset and reliability are essential for helping us deliver exceptional guest experiences behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, janitorial, or operational experience preferred.
• Fast-paced hospitality environment experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across public spaces (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, meeting spaces).
• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, supplies, and operational items throughout the property.
• Assist Room Attendants and housekeeping leadership with readiness and requests.
• Remove trash and debris from guest floors and service areas.
• Keep housekeeping closets and carts organized and stocked.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping calls.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to leadership.
• Follow sanitation procedures and hotel safety policies at all times.
• Support VIP arrivals, events, and special operational projects as needed.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and Operations teams.
