Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a dedicated House Attendant to support housekeeping and hotel operations, maintaining clean and guest-ready public areas. You will assist Room Attendants, deliver supplies, and help with deep cleaning projects across the property in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, with flexible hours to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across public hotel spaces.
• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies throughout the property.
• Assist Room Attendants and leadership with operational support and deep cleaning.
• Remove trash and soiled items from guest floors and service areas.
• Keep closets and carts organized and stocked.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs.
• Report maintenance hazards and safety concerns to leadership.
• Follow sanitation procedures and hotel safety policies.
• Support VIP arrivals, events, and cross-department collaboration.
• Help create clean, welcoming spaces aligned with Sonesta’s People People philosophy.
