Sonesta International Hotels in Hilton Head Island, SC seeks a dedicated House Attendant to keep public areas inviting and guest-ready. You’ll support housekeeping by delivering towels, linens, and supplies, assist with room readiness, and help maintain cleanliness across lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and meeting spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, janitorial, facilities, cleaning, or operational experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across hotel public spaces.
• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies throughout the property.
• Assist Room Attendants and leadership with deep cleaning and readiness.
• Remove trash and debris from guest floors and service areas.
• Keep housekeeping closets and carts organized and stocked.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping calls.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to leadership.
• Support VIP arrivals, event setups, and special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering for smooth operations.
• Contribute to Sonesta’s People People philosophy.
