Job summary

PCH Hotels & Resorts' Grand National property in Opelika, AL is seeking part-time housekeeping associates to keep public areas spotless and guest-friendly.

You'll replace linens, manage supplies, and report maintenance needs, while staying responsive to guest requests and maintaining physical stamina for bending and lifting tasks.

• Must be responsive to guest requests and communicate clearly.
• Bending and lifting are part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of public areas including replacing linen and towels, vacuuming and dusting.
• Replace guest supplies and perform thorough bathroom cleaning.
• Notify Housekeeping Management or Engineering of any maintenance or repairs needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively.

Job description

Thorough cleaning of public areas consists of replacing all linen and towels, vacuuming and dusting, replacing guest supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning. Notifies the Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair that needs to be done. Must be very responsive to guest requests and be able to communicate easily with them. Bending and lifting are part of the job.
