Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and furniture.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and provide assistance when needed.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management.
