Job summary

DoubleTree Bloomington Minneapolis South is seeking a Public Space Attendant to keep hotel public areas spotless and support housekeeping operations. You will assist in guest room cleaning, manage supplies, and help maintain a well-kept property.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, reliability, and the ability to work a rotating schedule in a 24/7 operation. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms and public spaces, stocking areas, aiding maintenance needs, and delivering guest items

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must report to work on time.
• Must be present and able to work all shifts on-site.
• Must have availability to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Must be able to work the necessary hours and a rotating schedule to meet the operational needs of the business, including days, weekends, holidays and key events.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently eligible to work in the United States of America and able to present required identity and employment authorization documents as required to complete the Form I‑9, Employment Eligibility Verification, on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless across restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Support housekeeping operations and assist in guest room cleaning when needed.
• Manage supplies and organize supply rooms for efficiency.
• Identify and report any repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
• Maintain an orderly and clean workspace in offices, desks, and carts.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to requests, delivering items as needed.
• Perform occasional deep cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
