Job summary

DoubleTree Bloomington Minneapolis South is seeking a Public Space Attendant to uphold spotless public areas and assist the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will help ensure clean, presentable spaces across the hotel while supporting daily operations and guest needs.

The role requires on-site work, weekend availability, and a strong commitment to reliability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must report to work on time.
• Must be able to work all shifts on-site, including weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete the I-9 form.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless and presentable throughout the property.
• Support housekeeping operations and fulfill guest service requests as needed.
• Manage supplies and organize storage to support efficient operations.
• Identify and report maintenance needs to keep the property well-kept.
• Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to requests to enhance their stay.
