DoubleTree Bloomington Minneapolis South is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support daily laundry and housekeeping operations, ensuring linen quality, availability and presentation for guests. The role reports to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and requires reliable, on-site presence across shifts.

You will handle linen processing, maintain the laundry area, manage inventory, respond to guest requests, and perform periodic deep cleaning tasks in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred.
• Able to read and follow safety instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

Responsabilités

• Keep linens clean and ready: collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and deliver.
• Maintain the laundry area: keep machines and workspaces clean and in good order.
• Manage inventory: monitor stock levels of linens and supplies.
• Support equipment and property maintenance: report repairs as needed.
• Ensure an orderly workspace across offices, desks, supply rooms and carts.
• Delight guests: respond to requests and resolve laundry/service issues promptly.
• Handle special projects: periodic deep cleaning as required by standards.
