Paycom - ATS in Atlanta is seeking a Public Area Attendant to clean and maintain all public restrooms and areas to meet our cleanliness standards. The role requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.

You will greet guests with a friendly demeanor, assist as needed, and report maintenance issues through proper channels to keep public spaces welcoming and well-kept.

Qualifications

• Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Dust furniture, pictures and shelves in all public spaces.
• Vacuum carpets, upkeep upholstered furniture, wash walls, ceilings and windows.
• Replenish supplies in the business center and other public areas.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to the disposal area.
• Greet guests with a positive and friendly demeanor, offering assistance when needed.
• Address guest issues promptly and take responsibility to resolve them.
• Report maintenance issues to the maintenance department through proper channels.
