Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas. You will assist room attendants and uphold the hotel's high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, removing spots, polishing mirrors and elevator doors, stocking linen closets, collecting soiled linen, and reporting damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Excellent guest service and radio etiquette are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Clean spots from corridor walls and doors, polish mirrors and elevator doors.
• Stock linen closets with amenities for room attendants; deliver as needed.
• Collect dirty linen or trash from room attendants during shifts.
• Assist room attendants with guest room cleaning.
• Handle luggage requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Practice safe work habits to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Report damages to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Return keys and assignment sheets to Housekeeping Office at shift end.
