Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza & Battle House Renaissance Hotel & Spa in Mobile, AL seeks a motivated Housekeeper to maintain spotless public areas and guest rooms, delivering comfort and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

You will follow brand standards, handle linens, towels and cleaning supplies, vacuum and dust, notify maintenance and front desk of issues, and respond promptly to guest requests, with physical tasks like bending and lifting included.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas including replacing linen and towels, vacuuming and dusting.
• Replace guest supplies and ensure thorough bathroom cleaning.
• Notify Housekeeping Management or Engineering of maintenance or repair needs.
• Be responsive to guest requests and communicate clearly with guests.
• Bending and lifting are part of the job.

Job Description

Thorough cleaning of public areas consists of replacing all linen and towels, vacuuming and dusting, replacing guest supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning. Notifies the Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair that needs to be done. Must be very responsive to guest requests and be able to communicate easily with them. Bending and lifting are part of the job.
