Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Public Space Attendant for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. The position responsibilities include cleaning all public areas, restrooms, lobbies and stairwells to Hilton standards, dusting, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and assisting guests with requests.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and cleaning experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in public areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas including sinks, toilets, mirrors, countertops, walls, vents and floors.
• Empty and dispose of trash in public areas.
• Dust furniture and pictures; clean windows and glass; vacuum public areas.
• Polish fixtures and mop elevators.
• Maintain clean appearance in stairwells, bathrooms and lobby.
• Assist in delivering requested items to guests.
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms when needed.
