Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a PM Lobby Attendant for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. This role focuses on cleaning and maintaining all public areas to Hilton standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with hotel cleaning, knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment, and the ability to follow directions with limited supervision. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents.
• Knowledge of operation of various cleaning equipment.
• Ability to extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, stand and walk in public areas for extended periods.
• Ability to understand and follow directions with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, countertops, walls, vents, and floors using cleaning agents; empty trash and dispose of it.
• Dust furniture and pictures; clean windows and glass; vacuum public areas.
• Vacuum and dispose of trash in office areas.
• Polish fixtures and mop elevators.
• Maintain a clean appearance in stairwells, bathrooms, and lobby.
• Assist in delivering requested items to guests; assist in cleaning guest rooms when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by housekeeping manager; keep work area neat and organized.
