Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking a Public Space Attendant to keep all public areas pristine and welcoming for guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, offices, and meeting spaces, emptying trash, maintaining equipment, and assisting the housekeeping team while following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least six months of housekeeping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand for long hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all public spaces, offices, meeting rooms, and other designated areas.
• Empty and clean ashtrays and trash cans regularly.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms following proper procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Assist the housekeeping department as necessary to support operations and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain janitorial equipment and ensure it is clean and in good working order.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with other staff members and departments to coordinate cleaning efforts and address issues promptly.
