HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Public Space Attendant to keep lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and outdoor areas spotless, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

You will greet guests, offer directions or information about hotel amenities, and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or public space cleaning preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, stairwells, and elevators.
• Ensure public restrooms are fully stocked and sanitized throughout the day.
• Maintain furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, and décor to ensure they remain clean and presentable.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering directions or information about hotel amenities as needed.
• Identify and report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
• Support the hotel’s commitment to safety by addressing hazards such as wet floors or loose fixtures immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.

By maintaining lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and outdoor spaces, this role directly contributes to guest satisfaction, the hotel’s reputation, and overall operational excellence. With attention to detail and a commitment to hospitality, the Public Space Attendant creates a welcoming and polished environment that enhances every guest’s experience.
