Job summary

Peachtree Group in Saint Paul, MN is hiring a Public Area Attendant/Cleaner to keep lobby and public spaces clean and assist with guest room deliveries as needed. You will provide friendly guest service, answer questions, and help guests have a comfortable stay.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobby restrooms, collecting garbage, vacuuming, and restocking supplies while supporting a clean, welcoming home-away-from-home environment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality cleaning preferred.
• Provide great customer service to our guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answering questions.
• Ensuring cleanliness of lobby restrooms by mopping, dusting, refilling paper needs, and replenishing soaps.
• Collecting and properly disposing of hotel garbage and recycling.
• Delivering towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed.
• Vacuuming and maintaining public areas.
• Other duties as assigned

• Pay or shift range: $18 USD to $18.50 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

The Public Area Attendant/Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of public spaces and guest rooms as needed. Public Area Cleaners play an important role in our home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day.
