Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Room Attendant to uphold the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas in our Denver-area hotel. You will collaborate with Housekeeping team, communicate with guests, and ensure rooms meet brand standards.

The role requires punctuality, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset; training is provided, and you will be supported by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms according to standards.
• Prepare rooms for guest arrivals.
• Clean and maintain hotel common areas.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions.
• Report damages or repairs to management.
• Report lost and found items to Housekeeping Manager.

• Pay or shift range: $20.25 USD to $20.75 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.

• Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
