Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites Orlando is seeking a Public Area Attendant/Cleaner to maintain cleanliness of public spaces and assist with guest room needs.

Responsibilities include helping guests with directions, cleaning lobby areas, replenishing supplies, and delivering items to rooms while upholding Hilton's guest service standards at our Orlando properties.

• Providing excellent customer service to guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answering questions they may have
• Ensuring cleanliness of lobby restrooms by mopping, dusting, refilling paper products, and replenishing soaps
• Collecting and properly disposing of hotel garbage and recycling
• Delivering towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed
• Vacuuming and maintaining public areas
• Other duties as assigned

Description

The Public Area Attendant/Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of public spaces and guest rooms as needed. Public Area Cleaners play an important role in our home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day.

• Provide great customer service to our guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answering other questions they may have
