This role ensures guests experience a pristine environment that aligns with the hotel's high standards of service and quality.

At Aparium, our housekeeping teams are expected to hold themselves, guests, and each other in high regard. You will develop trusting and transparent relationships with your peers, fostering collaboration, humbleness, and open-mindedness—no egos allowed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and staircases.
  • Maintain back-of-house areas to the same high standards as public spaces.
  • Dust, mop, vacuum, polish, and wipe surfaces, ensuring all areas are debris-free and spotless.
  • Replenish supplies such as tissues, soap, and hand sanitizer in restrooms and public areas.
  • Remove trash and recycling promptly, following environmental policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing inquiries courteously.
  • Respond to guest requests for cleaning needs or amenities promptly.
  • Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols, including PPE use when required.
  • Follow a daily checklist to ensure no area is overlooked.
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules with housekeeping staff and other departments.
  • Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
  • Support deep-cleaning projects and seasonal initiatives.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed by management.
WHO YOU ARE

You are humble, receptive to feedback, and see potential in your environment. You enjoy discovering the event spaces and connecting with the community, often exploring the area to promote local business. Your experience is diverse, with success in engaging indecisive groups and filling seasonal gaps through proactive outreach. You understand hospitality varies across markets and are comfortable with casual sophistication, recognizing that luxury is approachable and unique to each locale.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
